A faithful reproduction of historical playing cards in German style - with leaves for spades, bells for diamonds, acorns for clubs, hearts for hearts! This deck from 1846 includes numbers 7-10, one under knave, one over knave, a king and a deuce (ace) per each suit. Use them to play Skat, Schafkopf or Watten.
A natural progression for our shop and our love of paper, given the parallel narrative between card manufacturing and decorative paper making both utilising the craft knowledge of woodblock print.
